Effective January 1, 2021: If I haven’t heard from you by 9pm the day of your missed appointment you will be charged 20% of your booked services. If you feel you should be exempt from this charge, please call or text me at 224-801-4352 so we can discuss your options. In the event there’s no credit card on file to charge, a note will go on your account and payment will be due before future appointments are honored.
The global Covid Pandemic is something I take very seriously. I have taken the steps to get certified by Barbicide in general, as well as for Covid19 specific issues, as well as done research on a number of effective virucides to ensure the safety of my guests and my family. I have also received two doses of the Pfizer vaccine on March 19 and April 9, 2021.
I use an alcohol based spray sanitizer on the doorknobs multiple times a day. With each guest I use a fresh cape and tools, and in between each guest all surfaces that have been touches are sprayed with a virucide and allowed to sit for the appropriate wet time to be effective.
In addition to the building’s requirements for masks in all common areas, I also require masks to be worn inside my suite. I will always have a mask on for the duration of your service.
Until medical professionals recommend the disuse of facial coverings, I will be requiring them inside my suite; you can read the full policy here. I will also be enforcing that appointments be rescheduled in the event of either myself or you experiencing any covid/cold/flu-like symptoms. The cancellation policy charges will not be enforced for reschedules made due to illness, but anybody caught being dishonest in an attempt to avoid rescheduling an appointment may be denied the ability to book future appointments.
